Ask Jamie: Squidoo Or EzineArticles??…

I was quite surprised to get this question to be honest, and I though I just had to share it here, because if one person is thinking it..there will definitely be more people thinking it..

It is one that I have found occasionally, but I didn’t think I ever gave this impression in my newsletter, so I will try to clear it up as well as I possibly can:

Jamie, when writing articles and doing work.. would you suggest using EzineArticles.com or Squidoo.com, I am undecided about which on to go for and what to do??..any help would be great..

My answer to this question could be simple… and that answer is BOTH.

But I will explain a little more.

Yousee, a whole heap of people think that there are some clear cut defining factors to a platform, when in reality, Ezine and squioo are BOTH article directories, with squidoo being the one that has more bells and whistles available…

BUT.. that doesn’t mean you should limit yourself to one or the other..

They are both really strong platforms to publish your content, and on the flipside of this.. you can use them in conjunction with each other. Using a squidoo as a landing page for your Ezine traffic is a tried and tested method that works really well, but you can also have a squido that links TO your article which provides backlinks for that artile and helps it’s ranking in the search engine.

Don’t limit yourself, use both and use them productively and frequently.
